I think we’ve all been there. Certainly, probably most marketing and communication professionals can relate to the scenario where you’ve spent months or days or weeks developing a video, gone through all pre-production, production, you may have seen a couple of versions in post-production, and then a new stakeholder enters the process and they spot something that perhaps no one else did, and it requires quite a sizable change across all the videos.

Fortunately, we’ve been there many times before, and we have a large in-house team that can help solve any problem, perhaps, that you might find yourself in.

If you do find yourself in that situation, the best thing you can do is contact your producer, explain the situation, give a little bit of context as to what’s happening, and then share those changes with the team, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Everything at Big Button is set up for your success, and a big part of that is delivering the right level of expertise and the right level of resource at the right time, including if there are any last minute changes.
