Rackspace Technology is a global leader in cloud and digital transformation services. Its long-standing partnership with Big Button, which began in 2006, combines creative storytelling with the agility needed to support its global marketing and customer advocacy goals.
• Global coordination – the Rackspace advocacy team can’t attend every shoot, so they needed a partner trusted to represent the brand and handle filming across regions.
• Scheduling and logistics – managing busy customer diaries and time zones requires reliable, responsive communication.

Big Button created a high-impact brand anthem to launch the ‘Together We’ll Solve It’ campaign, followed by customer stories that reinforced the message.
With less than two weeks to conceive, film, edit, animate and deliver the launch content, we collaborated closely with Rackspace’s in-house video and brand teams in Texas, London and Hong Kong.
When the advocacy team can’t attend shoots, Big Button coordinates logistics directly with customers, managing filming locations, schedules and crew access to ensure a smooth experience.
On set, the focus is on care and confidence — giving contributors a positive experience that strengthens their connection with the brand.
Over nearly two decades, Big Button has become a trusted extension of Rackspace’s brand, relied upon to represent it with professionalism, empathy and consistency worldwide.
The brand anthem launch achieved excellent engagement, generating new leads and opportunities, while ongoing advocacy films continue to attract more customers into the programme across EMEA.
