Synopsis: An energetic brand film to launch the new ‘Together We’ll Solve It’ campaign and mark the arrival of Rackspace Technology back onto the public market.
Objective: Demonstrate Rackspace’s expertise in devising solutions, and working together with customers to solve their business challenges.
Results: A fantastic response from the launch followed by thousands of views, generating leads, opportunities and new business.
2020 was a big year for Rackspace Technology. As well as a return to the public market with a new IPO, the company rebranded to Rackspace Technology with a new logo, a renewed purpose, and a focused mission.
As part of the rebrand, Rackspace launched the ‘Together We’ll Solve It’ campaign. They asked us to produce a series of inspiring short videos that promoted them as expert problem solvers. These included a high-impact brand film (which you can see above) a customer montage featuring clients from each region, and three ‘Racker stories’ about individual team members solving a particular problem for a customer.
There was a tight deadline to deliver everything, with less than two weeks to conceive, film, edit, design, animate and deliver all of the content ready for the global launch.
We worked with their teams across the world in Texas, London and Hong Kong, and the client was delighted with the final results.
