Our work with 104 Films over many years led to our involvement in feature film Special People. Big Button invested in the project, and MD Mark Burgess dusted off his cutting skills as the film’s editor. Featuring a mostly young and inexperienced cast, the film provides a subtle and irreverent look at disabled ‘issues’, refusing to pander to the politically correct agenda of non-disabled liberals.

Premiering at the Edinburgh Film Festival in 2007, Special People received widespread critical acclaim across most major British newspapers.
