Introducing Buto, version two

Buto is unique, putting professional video publishing within reach of every organisation - from £99 per month. We're delivering high quality video in an un-branded player for organisations of all sizes and sectors.

As a product we developed, we're committed to making Buto better and better - in fact, as soon as we launched, we started work on the next version.

We're delighted to release the new features to all users today, and here's a run-through of the highlights:

Playlists
You can now build playlists of multiple video items, re-order and delete them - and publish a playlist to your website. Acting like an on-demand channel, it lets viewers skip through related videos, watching what they want, when they want to.

The new player
The new Buto player still maintains the same clean, neutral look as before - but it's been completely re-built. The player now loads three times faster, and offers an even better way of viewing and posting comments within the player. We're now also offering branding with your logo at pre-roll, post-roll and on-screen.

Bandwidth management
The Buto default settings offer the best possible user experience with bandwidth detection and pre-buffering. However, for really popular content you can opt to 'throttle' the maximum quality and disable pre-buffering; reducing your bandwidth usage.

Mobile delivery
We now encode a version of your videos for smartphones - and the iPhone makes video look fantastic. You're able to link to an iPhone version and offer mobile users stunning video on the move.
